Gov. Dean will be here on Jan 19th!
Good news! MViMV will host a Guest Blog on behalf of the Blog Book Club on January 19th from 9-9:30 p.m. EST. https://myvoices.blogs.com/blog/
During this blog, Howard Dean will discuss his book, "You Have the Power." Since "You Have the Power" is considered a personal project for him, this particular Blog Book Club discussion could not be held in its usual venue, Blog for America.
Details are still being formulated, so keep up to date by signing up for in the Commons https://organize.democracyforamerica.com/signup.php?eventID=17465. While in the Commons, ask a question regarding Dean's book, "You Have the Power." Dean will answer about a dozen advanced questions, and these will be posted during the January 19th blog.
Once again, we look forward to working with Christy and Judy from the Blog Book Club. Past successful partnerships between MViMV and the Blog Book Club include: Bush Family Fortunes Screenings and Joe Trippi's appearance at DF04.
If you still need the book, you can get it through: https://www.takeyourcountryback.com/DFABOOKCLUB/

Ditto. And thank you MyVote for hosting this!
Will there be a chat login or is Chris just going to type out the questions sent? Curious

Great question, Kimmy.
It will be a live chat that occurs with the Governor. His blog is only scheduled for half an hour though, so, while the Governor responds to questions asked on our blog, the advanced questions will be used as filler.

I have gathered all the advanced questions for Dean from the many different locations that I have received them. Thank you all! Dean has already gotten to work on them!
When he will be real time blogging with the Blog Book Club, he will be at an airport, waiting to board a plane. So the advanced questions not only give Dean the opportunity to really take the undivided time to answer questions, they also assure us that this half hour is actually the normal hour plus committment that all the Blog Book Club Guest Bloggers have shared with us.
Dean Rocks! and so does this blog!

That should have said the following blog name!

but who will ask him questions, only a chosen few. tried it last week and couldn't get a question in. I know there are many who want to speak but be fair. I will try one more time , after that, I am out of here.

Anyone can ask a question here (on another thread) and Gov. Dean will be answering the questions live. Pre-asked and answered questions will be used as filler.

thanks for the info but last week I tried to ask dean a question and never was heard. *6 or something. I was told people were picked ahead of time or something.

Linda, that was a conference call. Completely different situation. Yes, only pre-selected people could ask questions on that call. Not the case here.

thanks, so tomorrow nite it is online? not a call?

As previously advertised here at MViMV and at the Blog Book Club, folks that wanted to submit advance questions about Dean's book addressed them to the Commons: https://organize.democracyforamerica.com/signup.php?eventID=17465.
Christy (ChrisNYC) of the Blog Book Club collected those questions by the deadline and forwarded them to Governor Dean for response.
Christy clarified this above, but it is worth repeating. Governor Dean only has a half hour to visit personally with us on tonight's thread regarding his book "You Have the Power." The advanced questions & answers about Dean's book will be posted here either after the Governor leaves the blog or as he is typing responses to the questions received during his blog tonight.
